Within 30 days: If a customer wishes to return our dried fish snacks, we kindly request that the customer covers the shipping costs to ensure the safe return of the products. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping costs to and from the recipient will not be refunded. The same conditions apply if shipments are returned due to local customs rejection or the recipient's failure to pay duties or taxes.

Product Breakage or Faults: In the case of products being broken or having faults due to production errors or packaging issues, we will initiate a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the faults or damages.

Temperature-related Damages: It is important to note that we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to extreme temperatures during transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to consider local temperature conditions when placing an order.
