Guidelines for shipping


All prices in the online store are stated in NOK

Our payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal, Vipps and Klarna.


We send the goods with Bring / Posten and Postnord and offer standard shipping NOK 99. For purchases over NOK 1299, delivery is free of charge (applies to addresses in Norway). Shipping abroad NOK 349. See separate info on shipments abroad .

We prioritize packing and shipping your order as soon as possible. Delivery time is estimated to be 1-6 working days after the item is dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with a tracking number.

You can pick up the package at the nearest PostNord / Posten delivery point. You will receive smaller shipments in your mailbox.

You also have the option of choosing a different delivery address than your private address.

Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery location on the same day that the goods are received.

If you do not pick up the package at the delivery point within 7 days, the package will be sent back to Return costs of NOK 100 are covered by the customer.

If incomplete or incorrect information about name / delivery address is registered when ordering, which means that the goods cannot be delivered, a return cost of NOK 100 will be charged to the customer.


You are allowed to change your mind! Everyone who buys goods at with a delivery address in Norway has a 14-day cancellation period in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of withdrawal applies from the time the item is received. When returning, the item(s) must be unopened and the packaging undamaged.

When you return the products, you will receive a refund.

The buyer/customer covers the return shipping themselves.

If you wish to use the right of withdrawal without picking up the item at the delivery point, a return cost of NOK 100 will be incurred, which will be covered by the customer.

This is how you proceed to return goods bought at

1. Complete the return form and attach it to the item(s) to be returned

2. Wrap the item(s) in the original packaging. Remember that you yourself are responsible for the goods being returned being safely wrapped.

3. Mark the package with AS, Blåbærvegen 45, 9024 Tomasjord

4. The package is delivered at the post office or post in store.

5. When handing in the package, it is important that you keep the receipt so that the shipment can be tracked.

Your return will be checked when it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds are made when the return has been approved.
