Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times and available shipping options may vary depending on your location.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 0–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information. You may also receive updates from the shipping carrier via email or SMS regarding the status of your delivery.

Receiving Your Order

If your order is delivered to a collection point or parcel locker, it must be collected within the time period specified by the shipping carrier. If the parcel is not collected in time, it may be returned to us.

If an order is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping and handling charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

We recommend checking your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please contact both the shipping carrier and us as soon as possible.
